The core principal of Back | Next is to help businesses grow primarily with a framework called Marketing CSI: Culture, Sales, Industry. It is an organizing principle ensuring that the culture of a brand is represented with an authentic voice, that sincere contributions are made to the relative industry, and that long-term relationships with customers and partners result.

I’m also the leader of Speakeasy Projects where we produce and host invitation-only virtual (and sometimes IRL) professional gatherings. Entrepreneurs, intrapeneurs, creatives, marketers, musicians, social scientists, athletes, humanitarians and thought-leaders have joined us; people passionately curious about what motivates others and eager to share their own experience.
